"But finally the day came, and with a storm forecasted, we started moving up here on Saturday, September 20. Bob
was in school, so Billie and I had to carry our belongings and tear down the shack, then use that lumber again to
board in living quarters at the house. After making a gillion trips -then helping pull nails on the side, by
night I was so tired I didn't know my name. All day Billie would say, ‘It's sure going to rain like the dickens
before we get moved’. But with all the threatening clouds, it didn't rain then. So Sunday we finished boarding
in, and with Bob's help, by sun-down we were again housed in".
