Hale House. Originally located at 4425 North Figueroa Street, the Hale House was moved to Heritage Square in 1970. This Queen Anne-Eastlake style residence dates to circa 1885. L.A. Historic Cultural Monument 40.
Octagon House. Built in 1893 by Gilbert Longfellow in Pasadena and moved to Heritage Square in 1986, this is only one of two eight-sided houses remaining in California and the only one in Southern California. Octagonal house design was briefly in vogue in the Nineteenth Century. L.A. Historic Cultural Monument 413.
Valley Knudsen Garden Residence.
Experts date the building as circa 1880 and describe it as "a 19th Century
Mansard-style residence one of the last examples of its style in the Los Angeles area." It
was moved from Johnston Street to Heritage Square in 1971. L.A. Historic Cultural Monument 65.
John Ford House c 1887
The architecture of this 1885 residence has been described as a mixture of
Italianate, Eastlake and Queen Anne styles. It was moved to Heritage Square from Beaudry
Avenue in November 1974. L.A. Historic Cultural Monument 108.
Mount Pleasant House. Formerly at 1315 Pleasant Avenue. Built in 1876, this grand mansion of High Victorian Italianate architecture was built as a residence for William Hayes Perry, a prominent lumber dealer. It was moved to Heritage Square December 18, 1975. L.A. Historic Cultural Monument 98.
Lincoln Avenue Church Building. Built in 1897 and designed by architect George W. Kramer, the church is noted for its distinguished characteristics of the Carpenter Gothic architectural style with Queen Anne and Neo-classic influences. The church was moved from Pasadena in 1981. Palms-Southern Pacific Railroad Depot. This circa 1886 depot was moved in 1976 from National Blvd and Vinton
