The five-story, "L" shaped building was designed by the architectural firm of Selkirk & Stanbery and Morgan, Walls & Clements. Its primary facade, in a Mediterranean style, is organized into four horizontal zones: a subtly rusticated base, a plain three-story shaft, a slightly more detailed attic and a recessed penthouse. Completed in 1926, this six-story reinforced concrete structure, designed by the architectural firm of Morgan, Walls & Clements. Its eclectic cast stone decorations display Churrigueresque, Spanish Renaissance, Moorish, and Gothic details. The shallow auditorium, specifically designed for legitimate drama, places all patrons within hearing distance of the stage. Declared: 1/30/90

Built in 1924 and designed by the firm Morgan, Walls & Morgan, the Casa Camino Real was part of the revival of Spanish architecture. The design of the exterior of the structure is basically Beaux Arts but the windows are both Art Deco and Spanish styles. Designed by Morgan, Walls & Clements, construction of the Pellissier Building began in October 1930. The blue-green, terra cotta-covered tower is described as French Zig-Zag Moderne styling. Its ornate Wiltern Theatre with an interior by G. Albert Landsburgh housed the largest theatre pipe organ in the western United States. Declared: 5/16/73
